The past few months have been one of the most unprecedented and challenging times that the world has had to face. COVID-19 has affected millions worldwide. India is now the sixth most-affected country in the world. On hand and ever ready to protect the citizens are the Men in Uniform. They have been stretched to the limit in terms of manpower and duty-related responsibilities; leaving more than a thousand of them being affected by the virus, with some of them losing their battle against it. Yes, it is heartening to note that many of them have also recovered. Maharashtra is grateful to the Police and Armed Forces who have stood strong and have defended the citizens during this crisis.
