I am pleased to know that The Mumbai PROTECTOR magazine is celebrating its Eighth Anniversary. It is a matter of pride that the magazine is being successfully published in West Bengal, Bihar, Kolkata, Karnataka, and for the CRPF.
Policing job, as we know in recent times, has been witnessing unforeseen challenges. Police is responsible for creating an atmosphere that is conducive to live, work, and conduct business. And while they perform their duties to the best of their abilities, it is crucial that we support them too. Community policing is therefore indispensable. I appreciate the Maharashtra Police for their tremendous efforts in maintaining peace and harmony in the State; making the citizens feel safe and secure. They are always alert and on the go; taking all the calamities and disasters head-on with exemplary courage, whenever the situation demands.
I am sure that The Mumbai PROTECTOR magazine will continue with its endeavor of facilitating police-public connect, an essential feature required for maintaining law & order through its print and web version. The launch of Protector TV will be another milestone in taking the message of cop-community connect further.
I wish the magazine all success.
Best Wishes,
Devendra Fadnavis
